Project management and coordination

The preparations for MONITRAF have been under way ever since 2003. Initial steps involved the organization of the project and clarification of content related and organizational details. Project management that will accompany the project is supposed to facilitate the organization of the entire project.

For this purpose a network of all involved institutions and regional administrations will be estab-lished. This is necessary in order to ensure that the proposed measures will be implemented in the context of future cooperations also beyond the duration of the project.
